Real content, feels like a heart to heart with a mentor

I’ve been a part of Kathy’s Facebook group for what seems like forever and it has (from day one) been the place I could turn for encouragement, help, and support from others in the retail world. Kathy’s heart is clearly shown and her desire to support other women in retail is such a breath of fresh air. I binge listened to all of season 1 this weekend on a road trip and my only regret is that I was driving and couldn’t take notes. I already know that I will be referring back to this podcast frequently. It is FULL of real content, no fluff, and no judgment. Thank you Kathy, for putting in the time to create this community and podcast. We appreciate you!

Four years later and I still crave the biz basics

This is my year. I’ve pioneered our artist market in our sleepy (retail-wise) small town, and after four years, I *must* turn around this hobby (that should be a business), create a strategy to thrive, and pay myself. I’m a self-taught maker and biz owner, so I’m missing some basic (and advanced) skills that Kathy generously explains. Thanks for filling in the blanks for me, Savvy Shopkeeper Podcast!

Sigh of relief!

Kathy’s podcast is everything I’ve been looking for! Real talk, real solutions. She projects it in a way that makes me feel capable of taking on all the parts of a business that overwhelm me to the point of shut down. I am a creative and need these guides to be successful and comfortable at the end of the day. I have already set three goals for the year that came from hearing these episodes. Looking forward to joining the Blooming Shopkeepers Learning Lab in the near future! Keep it up!
