[MONEY TIPS] Think Outside the Card: Boosting Your Average Order Value
Hey, hey, Product Bosses! Today, we're bringing you another game-changing money-making tip, something we've been buzzing about in our programs, especially post-holiday season. It's all about maximizing sales per customer - a strategy that's too often overlooked. We're always on the hunt for new customers, but what about selling more to those we already have?
This golden nugget is about raising your average order value. Ever thought about offering your products in packs? Let's dive into the potential of selling multiples – think a pack of two or three. This tactic is a perfect fit for consumables, like body and beauty care. Imagine offering a pack of three chapsticks or body lotions.
The trick here is not just selling more but selling smartly. Position your products in a way that resonates with the customer's needs. For instance, if a single product lasts about 30 days, offer a three-pack to cover them for longer, ensuring they don't have to worry about running out.
Join us as we explore these innovative strategies to boost your sales by focusing not just on attracting more customers, but also on increasing the value of each sale. It's time to rethink and revamp how we sell!

"My revenue growth is flat, but my profit margins are up. How can I make $1 million and not burn out?" | Coaching Session
Welcome, Product Bosses! In today's one-on-one strategy session, we're diving deep with Eileen, the founder of Old Millhouse Coffee. Join us as we explore her journey from running a multi-six-figure business with slim profit margins to aiming for a million-dollar venture. Eileen's story might sound familiar to many of you – a business owner striving for growth but caught up in the nitty-gritty of daily operations.
Eileen's situation is a classic case of balancing growth with sustainability. Initially, her coffee shop was thriving in sales but struggled with profitability, limiting her ability to expand and hire more staff. However, with strategic changes like raising prices, she's seen a significant profit increase on the coffee shop side of her business. But that's not all – Eileen also runs popular local vendor events in her community, which, despite their popularity, have yet to see substantial profits.
The big question now is, can Eileen transform both aspects of her business into million-dollar revenue streams without burning out? Or will she have to sacrifice one to focus on the other? Our goal for Eileen is ambitious yet attainable – turning each side of her business into a $1 million revenue generator. That's a combined target of $2 million! Stay tuned as we unravel the strategies and insights to help Eileen reach this incredible milestone. Let's embark on this journey together and discover the path to a dual million-dollar business.

Shifting Your Mindset: Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
Today's focus is on overcoming limiting beliefs, a challenge I've faced personally–and I’m sure many Product Bosses out there can relate. As my business reached the million-dollar milestone, I encountered my own mental barriers, deeply rooted in past experiences of scarcity. I want to share with you the strategies that helped me break free from these constraints.
You'll learn about the transformative power of neutral statements, a life-changing technique I adopted from my life coach, Stacy. It's about transitioning from a negative mindset to a neutral one. I'll show you how this subtle shift can open a world of possibilities, using examples from my own life, like transitioning from thinking "I am a bad mom" to simply, "I am a mom."
This episode is packed with insights on how to tackle the negative beliefs that can hinder success. I will guide you through practical ways to turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and achievement. It's all about transforming obstacles into stepping stones towards your goals.
Tune in to learn how to shift your mindset and unlock the potential for success in your business and personal life. This is more than just my story; it's a roadmap for you to navigate your own journey to success.

"I'm over two years into my business and I haven't paid myself." | Coaching Session
Welcome back, Product Bosses! In this episode, we're diving into a unique coaching session with Haley Rose, the dedicated owner of Harborside Bath and Body. What's remarkable about Haley's shop is that instead of crafting her own products, she's chosen a path of empowerment by sourcing primarily from women-owned businesses. This decision not only supports these entrepreneurs but also brings a diverse range of products to her charming brick-and-mortar store in Northern Michigan.
Despite her passion and unique business model, Haley's venture hasn't yet reached the profitability milestone. After two and a half years, she hasn't drawn a salary, but we're here to change that narrative. It's time to transform Haley's labor of love into a thriving, profitable business.
We're going to delve into the nuts and bolts of what it takes to make a small town business flourish. We'll explore strategies to enhance profitability, tactics for effective product sourcing, and ways to build a loyal customer base. This session isn't just for Haley—it's for every entrepreneur who's still waiting for their hard work to pay off.
So, grab your notepad and join us as we journey into turning a passion into a sustainable and rewarding business. Let's get into it!

Customer Reviews
You didn’t have to call me out like that Jacq 😆😫
So I listen to this episode on November 16th and basically Jack’s Carter designs was speaking my same language. I am in a similar boat in terms of limited edition products, small amount of sales and social media just being a portfolio book and not a sales channel. I started outreach with wholesalers, and I haven’t been consistent, but this is giving me the kick in the pants that I need to go back to that. And also to consistently book 2 in person events per month. Thank you so much guys! (@ruthnathans)
