Good podcast, but I think episode 3 could have used a content warning as it launched straight into an explicit sexual discussion. Also eye-rolling hard that one of the ads was for BODI (aka Beachbody - another scam!)

I’m only on episode 2 but why does the host keep blaming Charlie for getting Max involved?

This pod sounded interesting, but I realized it was soap opera trash before the first commercial. 0/5 avoid.

This was well written, and while yes, it truly doesn’t get into the darker details of this egregious human trafficking issue, it’s bringing light to the subject. I think the easy listening format that some reviews think is only for children, is well done. The point is to have a captivating story while getting the truth out there. These stories are important to know and we don’t necessarily need these victims to rehash every grueling thing they went through or did to scam others. This is a great short series that highlights the scam factory culture that you never knew existed… or at least, I didn’t. Well done

Really enjoying this series. I can’t believe these are real people and the incredibly difficult circumstances they need to overcome. I hope everything works out in the end and the exposure will help with cracking down on these horrible scam factories. The host does an amazing job of hooking you in and clearly weaving through the characters.

I had no idea that this was the story behind my scam texts and calls! I feel so bad for these people who have been human trafficked and imprisoned. I would love to help these people get out and help them have a better life if there's somewhere to donate.
