Very informative and entertaining

Great information about different seeds and crops, presented in a very accessible format. Experienced growers and newbies should both be able to enjoy this podcast.

The people there interview are very knowledgeable and are excellent interview subjects. In addition to the interviews with academic plant breeders, I appreciate that they interview indigenous farmers -- it's great hearing their seed stories for the crops that their Nations have long historical relationships with on their own words, and learning some new tips for growing, harvesting, and preserving them.

The sections with the goofy voices aren't my favorite, but it's their "schtick," and I'm sure others find it entertaining.

This podcast is also connected to a new seed company, which offers regionally adapted seeds for the northern great plains. There is a great need for these seeds and this information for our region, so this podcast is quite valuable. Please keep the episodes coming!
