    In the fifth episode, we focus on the Support. Don't Punish Global day of action 2022 on June 26th. This is the day when campaigners in all corners of the world mobilise to counter the harmful ‘war on drugs’ and the many systems of violence and neglect at its heart, and to build sustainable alternatives based on harm reduction and decriminalisation. We are proud to host Eevelyn Aba, National Secretary at SSDP Ghana, and Molly Ogbodum, student and activist at the University of Calabar, Nigeria, Vice President of SSDP UNICAL Chapter and The Harm Reduction Working Group Team lead at SSDP Nigeria. In the second part of the episode, we host Juan Fernández Ochoa, Campaigns & Communications Officer at the International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC). In this role, Juan leads on the development of the “Support. Don’t Punish campaign” at the global level, and maintains and expands the internal and external communication channels of the IDPC network.

This episode features Nazlee Maghsoudi, Manager of the Policy Impact Unit at the Centre on Drug Policy Evaluation (CDPE), and Chair of the Executive Committee of the New York NGO Committee on Drugs (NYNGOC), and Heath, advocate for the rights of people who use drugs and Project Facilitator for cannabis education campaign at CSSDP.

    2. Oldest Hemp Fair in Europe Supports Youth Advocacy

    Tune in to the second episode of our podcast featuring Ben Arn, the organiser of CannaTrade, the International Cannabis Expo, in a discussion on recent developments and opportunities in the business, as well as on the importance of youth voices in the making of cannabis policy. 

    Ben has been the organizer of Cannabis Events in Switzerland since 2006. His projects are the CannaTrade - International Cannabis Expo (b2c and b2b) in Bern, the CB Expo - Cannabis Business Expo (b2b) and the CB Club - Cannabis Business Network event in Zurich. In 2022 he will also organize the Cannabinoid Conference 2022 (12th IACM Conference and 1st SSCm Confernce) in Basel. His passion is organizing events and connection people, and for sure too: The cannabis plant and his enormous potential.
