Giving voice to HSPs

Thank goodness there is this amazing podcast devoted to exploring all aspects of being a highly sensitive person! once I started reading the literature on HSPs, I couldn’t believe how accurately it reflected my experience. my daughter is also an HSP, so my favorite episodes so far has been the interview with Megghan Thompson on parenting a highly sensitive child. Lisa asks fantastic questions, and I wrote down so many notes from that episode that I still refer back to you now! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your gifts with the world, and allowing others to do the same!
