Join Dr. Ela (Pamela) Cassellius, Associate Professor and Director of Residency in the CCU School of Counseling, as she and Dr. Brian Fidler chat about her practicum experiences, discovering impact on clients, and learning from those metaphorical (and literal?) "falling on our faces" moments.

Dr. Cassellius shares her story with warmth and humor, highlighting the joy in the journey of becoming a professional counselor by means of grounded supervision, the work of gaining counseling skills, and allowing room for her humanity and genuineness. Her humility and wisdom come through in this sharing-as-colleagues conversation.
