You can carry emotional, spiritual, financial and many other things that can weigh you down. I want to share my story of different weights I have carried and what I am doing to shed them.     Do you have problems clearing everything off your to-do list? If you are like me several things never made it to the top three priority slots, so my list never got cleared. An uncleared list was an energy drainer for me, so I created a “Damit List”.
