What a beautiful and helpful resource. It really does help me slow down, breathe, and invite the Holy Spirit to come. I love that the episodes are only 10-ish minutes! Completely doable and not overwhelming. I can do it anywhere. Thank you!

For a task-oriented, fast moving, high strung individual…. Holy Spirit is the medicine I need for my spirit. These moments allow me to engage with His presence and his Truth. True worship.

These meditations are so calming and beautiful. Sometimes I wish the background music was a little softer because I feel it can overpower the speaker. Thank you for providing this platform that allows us to just slow down and focus on what’s truly important; our relationship with God. God bless!
