This year the Aisling Center was part of a tristate effort to raise funds for Irish American’s in need during COVID-19 – called Slainte2020.
Sandra exclusively reveals to us the staggering amount of cash that has been raised so far.
She explains the inspirational Team Aisling concept and describes how Team Aisling members raised money for Slainte2020.
We discuss how the pandemic has affected the elderly and undocumented immigrants.
We also chat about the mental health struggles people have faced during COVID-19.
