We like to analyze, rationalize and figure things out. The conscious mind is like the horse pulling the cart. But our job, when doing hypnosis, is to access the subconscious mind. To enter our imagination, and our feelings, and get to the deep programming inside ourselves. Hypnosis is like putting the cart before the horse.

Amazing!!!

I’m so happy I stumbled across this!!! I love audiobooks and that is how I found Karissa which let me to sleep wave ( which I haven’t tried ) and then to sleep magic. Can I just say Jessica Porter is amazing!!! I am usually out in the first 5-10 mins of this. Thank you so much!!!!

The Best

Thank you for all you do to make sleeping easier. Your voice is soothing and makes it easy to listen along to the episodes, I have yet to fully finish one and please take that as a compliment. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who needs help calming down before bed or who is having trouble falling and staying asleep. Truly the best! Thanks again

I love this podcast

I have had trouble with sleep for years and have listened to many other podcasts for sleep. I now listen only to Sleep Magic for my sleeping issues. I go to sleep faster and stay asleep longer. I recommend it to everybody!
