SLP 426: I Can Be Soft and Effective In My Leadership with Naomi Elliott

Self Love Podcast

“For me, is that I can be soft in my leadership, I don’t have to lead like a man to be able to effective. In my previous role, thirteen years was a totally male-dominated industry, it’s taking a lot to un-learn those lessons that I don’t actually have to be like that, and that I don’t need to be good at everything! So, that has been a big lesson for me is that I like to do everything myself, I’m a quietly independent person, it’s good to be able to let go a little bit maybe, just leave it for somebody else to do, and just concentrate on what my strengths are.” ~ Naomi Elliott

Meet Naomi Elliott, the driving force and General Manager of Concept Labs, a Sunshine Coast-based manufacturing powerhouse dedicated to sustainable production of cosmetics, skincare, and cleaning products. Since 1998, Concept Labs has helped brands bring their innovative formulas to life, offering guidance on everything from product development to eco-friendly packaging.
