A Memoir
Welcome byke, ya'll! The SHTT crew has created an impactful episode we hope you'll enjoy.
We start with announcements about changes to the show to lay the foundation for your listening ears in the new season of SHTT. We always say life is about swift and consistent transition, which often means change, so we're hopeful you'll enjoy growing with us this season.
We introduced our first new segment, Wellness Check, which will focus on the healthy and challenging triggers we experienced during the day of our recording and how we navigated them to a positive outcome or new perspective. We also honored ourselves by sharing an affirmation we had for the day.
Next, we dive into our staple News You Can Use with Donnie, where he walks us through news essential to us that would resonate with you or not. We have a new segment produced by Jasmine focused on women's issues. In It, she shares her heart concerning various women's chronicles from her experience and perspective.
Finally, we walk our listeners through our current life's rollercoasters that have us spiraling. We also share where our lives are progressing and offer insightful information about our triumphs because celebration is always in order when we overcome something that threatens to overtake us.
