Best podcast!

I have been out of the gym for a few weeks because I’m having a baby soon and this podcast has helped me stay in tune with my body in so many ways. The pelvic care podcast specifically stuck with me since my body is changing so much to grow a baby. The coaches are so knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you be the best YOU you can be. Definitely recommend both the gym and the podcast!
