I was Googling around before prepping for an emergency stint and listening to Torrey’s advice helped settle my mind and offered me the practical advice I needed to prepare and take care of my physical and mental health while logging long hours in remote areas. I also love hay she tackles some of the harder and more controversial topics too- thanks for encouraging us all to dig a bit deeper into the why and how of this work!
