Kym Truglio's Path to Becoming The Sleep Ninja Stories from the River

Charlie welcomes Kym Truglio, one of Broad River's Home Furnishings Experts, to the show. They talk about Kym's history before joining the River, their mutual love of the Chicago Cubs, and her hectic first day at the company.

Kym didn't let early challenges stop her, especially when she realized what kind of culture exists at Broad River.  

In the episode, they discuss Kym's experience with sales during the pandemic, her decision not to furlough, and how it felt to set sales records during this time. She recounts how hard she worked to earn the Expert title, and how much she enjoys her position.
