In this episode, I am joined by my friend and colleague, Kaely McDevitt, also known as KaelyRD on Instagram. Kaely is a Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health. She owns a virtual private practice where she and her team help their clients overcome hormone and digestive issues through personalized nutrition. Having experienced the pitfalls of a conventional approach to women's health first hand, Kaely is passionate about empowering women to take the driver's seat over their health and wellbeing. 

The goal of this podcast episode is to help you understand the body’s stress response and how to build resiliency. So often we are focusing all of our energy on eliminating stress, when in reality we are always going to deal with stress. We want to help you build your body’s resiliency to stress and respond to stress better.
