As someone with EDS/POTS/MCAS (and who has three daughters with them as well) who has been let down by the allopathic aproach I felt so incredibly seen in the episodes she did with Michelle. What a dynamic duo with such a wealth of knowledge. I couldn’t stop taking notes. So grateful my homeopath sent me this episode, which led me to binging the rest of the show. I’ve already sent it to many friends. Thanks for the work you’re sharing here!

I only get an hour with my provider every few months. That’s not enough to go into all the nuances I am curious about on my health journey. I use Amanda’s podcast to supplement my information from my provider AND to help me know what questions to ask. She is so practical, specific, empowering, and hopeful!

Thank you for all of the info you share! I am a new holistic nutritionist and the program I went through was more plant focused, that didn’t work for me…andI have been craving a place to find info that I can trust. Your podcast has taught me so much!!
