Surviving El Chapo: The Twins Who Brought Down a Drug Lord
Hosted and executive produced by award-winning artist and producer Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson and broadcaster and journalist Charlie Webster. Brought to you by Lionsgate Sound as a world exclusive with iHeartPodcasts.
Speaking publicly for the first time ever, Chicago-born identical twins Jay and Peter Flores share the incredible story of how they went from dealing $2 billion worth of drugs across the country as North America’s most successful cocaine traffickers, to government informants who brought down the infamous drug lord, “El Chapo.”
Forever taunted by the gnawing question of “Did we do the right thing?” the brothers’ decision has cost them permanent exile from eachother, their father’s life, 14 years in prison, and a life sentence of always looking over their shoulder, waiting for their enemies to take revenge.. Was it all worth it?
Join 50 and Charlie for this unforgettable rollercoaster of a story starting Wednesday October 19, on the iHeartRadio App or wherever you get your podcasts.

Episode 2 - Twin, Call Me
Three months into their drug trafficking career, the twins have a million dollars stashed under their bed. They are just seventeen years old. Episode 3 - Love Is Easy
There’s two more people who are key to this story. Jay and Pete fall in love with the daughters of cops, Val and Viv. But it’s not their proximity to the law that brings trouble to the boys’ door. With Val’s ex-husband, ‘Kato’ being the boss of feared gang The Latin Kings, and the twins moving two and a half million dollars worth of cocaine a month, the streets of Chicago start talking about the Flores brothers. Pete finds himself in a life threatening situation.

Kept me on the edge of my seat!
This podcast gripped me right away. The brothers give a raw narrative unlike you would ever expect. They share emotions and humility through every aspect of their story. The wives, 50, and Charlie added to this amazing recount also. If you like crime podcasts this will be the top of your favorites list.
Amazing
Must hear
A Must Listen
Not your classic Scarface type gangster story. The subjects are vulnerable and honest. So many cliffhangers and twists and turns. It’s almost unbelievable. The hosts are amazing! What a story, what a podcast! Encore!
