Going strong for 9 years
I've been participating in T is for Training since year 1, so I'm a bit biased...but it also makes me critical. Since episode 1, T is for Training (TIFT) has been focused on training and learning in all types of libraries. Yes, sometimes we wander into other topics, but it is the topic of training-learning which keeps us coming back. Yes, there have been episodes that wandered more than others, but we work hard to have a topic in mind and use that topic as our guiding star for the episode.
Over the years, who participates in T has changed, yet the power of the conversations we've had has not been diminished. We work to accommodate anyone and everyone who wants to participate.
Overall, I think it you want to know what library-related people are thinking of in terms of teaching-training-learning, this is a podcast that needs to be on your radar. Most episodes are 60 minutes in length, making them good to listen to while out for walk, exercising, or driving.
