Customer Reviews
Focus on gaming experience makes this show unique
Lots of tabletop podcasts out there, but what I appreciate about Moe and Sean is their mission to improve your gaming experience. It’s not just about reviews or interviews (although there are those). The hosts are dialed in on making sure you and your group have fun. They talk about marching games to the group and situation, organizing and hosting, gaming in public, and avoiding (or handling) issues. An essential companion to the podcasts about design and mechanics, because it puts those discussions in the context of real-world play cultures. Hosts are friendly and chatty, but very well prepared — they do their research and deliver lots of organized and useful info.
Great Board Gaming Show!
Love the interaction and community based podcast that Moe and Sean run with the Tabletop Bellhop. I always find these type of podcasts (where the hosts are so interactive) the best. Catch them stream the live show on twitch, email in questions, chat via twitter, etc, these guys are very open to chatting and are always asking for participation. If you’re into board gaming you owe yourself a subscription to listen to the show. One of the few shows I tip via patreon. —Steve D
Repetitive dialogue
The episodes would be half the time if one co-host didn’t rephrase and repeat everything the bell hop says. It’s maddening.
