Talking Like No One Is Listening Michael Friedman

- Education
This is me overcoming the voice in my head telling me I can't, I'll sound stupid and no one will listen. Well, since no one's listening, I might as well talk.

Episode 9: Talking pandemic challenges in the fitness industry with Soungui Fitness
Soungui Fitness was not only in their first year at a new location in the pandemic, but they were also hit with the extra challenge of needing to find a new space right in the middle of it. Did this get them down or discouraged? Nope not these 2, Soungui Koulamallah and Alycia Emily took it all in stride and actually saw their business grow with all of that crap. So, we had lots of time to chat about other fun things as well. I hope you enjoy.

Episode 8: Talking comedy and math with Brian Stollery
My conversation with comedian Brian Stollery. Brian is of my favorite headliners to come through Ottawa and is also one of the better friends I've made in the 8 or 9 years I've been at it. He has 30 years of experience in comedy, does some acting on the side and was the very first winner of Siriusxm's Top Comic WAY back in 2010

Episode 5, Talking coaching and Ayahuasca with Jessica Dawn Seguin
In this episode I am chatting with a superb coach who I have worked with and who also happens to be a good friend, Jessica Dawn Seguin of Jessica Dawn Coaching. We discuss her coaching business, expressing emotions and spend a lot of time speaking about her recent Ayahuasca experience.

Episode 4: 3 Guys in their 50's Trying to Figure out Technology
Here's my conversation with one of my favorite comedians I've met in Ottawa, Rick Currie. Rick started doing stand up in 1988 here in Ottawa and has done all the festivals the cool kids have done. For the last 8 years, Rick has also been a writer for Rick Mercer and is still collaborating with that other Rick to pass the time during the days of covid. We had every intention of including another Ottawa comedy old timer, Jim McNally, but as you'll hear, that did not go too well and we were unable to connect with him. However, being the true comedic professional that he is, Jim was still able to add to the comedic value of this episode. Enjoy!
