I have been busy recording with some incredibly knowledgable and inspiring guests for this season and I can’t wait to share with you!⁣ ⁣ For those of you who are new to the podcast, I’m Tori Boughey a Holistic Health & Life Coach and founder of TBalance. Which allows me perfectly to introduce my first guest in this series; Marie Hansen.⁣ ⁣ Marie is one of the most beautifully radiant and glowing people I know - yet she has struggled massively over the years with skin conditions ranging from rosacea to eczema.     I’m welcoming the wonderful Nicola Vivian to the podcast. Nicola is a self proclaimed addict. Following the fatal heroin overdose of her boyfriend when she was just 24, Nicola spiralled into the depths of grief. ⁣  ⁣ ⁣Her way out from it was to examine, profoundly and meticulously, the mysterious forces of addiction and the emotional vulnerability from which they grow.     William Pullen is a qualified psychotherapist, and today he’s here to tell us all about his theory: DRT (Dynamic Running Therapy). ⁣⁣⁣ By combining movement with talking therapy, DRT addresses the different elements of the human “operating system”, capitalising on the synergy found in the mind, body and spirit. We have found that when people make progress in one of these areas it is often also experienced in another.     Turning Loss into Power and Overcoming Stress with Coach Alice Law

    This week I’m joined by my great friend and fellow coach, Alice Law from LAWALI. Alice is a coach who specialises in stress management and energy. And while she has reiki and coaching qualifications, she maintains it has been her most prominent life experiences of the past ten years that have allowed her to have her own unique insights into coaching & stress management and her own way of thinking to help others.   Her losses proceeded to come directly after one another, there were times when she felt like no stone was being left unturned. Alice found her happiness was quickly disappearing, while being faced with various emotional and material difficulties at the same time.   It was during this time that she realised something had to change, and with the realisation that everything else was out of her control, that something had to be HER.   I admire Alice hugely, aside from the fact that she’s a wonderful human, she is an incredible example to us all of just how we can use what we overcome during the darkest days and most heart wrenching months to change the lives of others.     In this episode we discuss just how Alice learnt to turn her loss into power and how to question & shake yourself out of stress.     You can find Alice on Instagram @lawali_life Visit Alice’s website here: lawali-life.com
