A few considerations of service delivery through a virtual platform:


HIPAA compliance relaxed by the NC Board of Examiners in SLPA (as of the posting of this episode)
Your LEA will determine the platform
Group therapy fine but use considerations around technology limits and be sure to add "Group Sessions" to your informed consent.
Collect informed consent using your LEA’s suggested language specifying telepractice, platform ensuring confidentiality of names and activities and responses that occur during session.
