We’re celebrating Thanksgiving here in the US this week, which is generally a time for family, gratitude, traditions and more. It’s also a time when we’re out of our routines and often around people who may trigger us. So, I’m sharing a special Thanksgiving Series of meditations here all week to help you begin your days with stillness, so you can be centered in yourself.
