    Today we're joined by Nikita Jew! As a professional ballet dancer, Nikita was introduced to Pilates as a cross training method to build core strength and improve her balance. When she experienced a stress fracture injury to her leg, Pilates was used to rehabilitate her injury without putting strain on her joints while maintaining full body strength. Pilates was also used to rehabilitate post pregnancy, allowing her to regain core strength and correct postural deviance. She received her Mat Certification through Mindbody Connections and her full comprehensive apparatus certification through BASI (Body Arts and Science International). Nikita teaching style focuses on alignment, correct posture, placement, while integrating creative and challenging exercises for her clients. She loves working with Athletes, people with  injuries, office workers and Pre/Postnatal mothers.
