The Addiction of Worry

Alright! I confess! I can be a tad bit of a worry wart. Yes, it's bad but with God's help I am getting better. Today, God revealed to me that somethings I choose to worry about, and I don't even have a reason (that's valid) to worry about. Then, when issues do arrive, I go haywire because I have made a habit out of worrying. Listen, you can be great, have all the money in the world, have great health, and worry will still make you believe you're going to die tomorrow. Today, listen in on how we defeat worry in our lives!
