    Most of the struggles these NOOB lifters faced in the gym were AVOIDABLE... it just took some more thought, planning, and preparation.



    I will share with you some gym hacks to improve your workouts, not look like an idiot in the gym (or feel like one), and not walk around looking like a NOOB. 



    I will also go over the DO's and DON'Ts of the gym culture, and how you being on your phone between sets may be the biggest red flag out there...

Relatable & Inspirational - A Must Listen for Everyone

As someone who has been on a fitness journey for years and started at J2FIT, I started listening to “Barbell CEO” recently to gain some additional perspective on the fitness lifestyle, how it relates to my life overall, and where my journey can go from here. Mike and Barbell CEO delivers on all fronts. So far “How to Build a Tribe” and “How to Recognize Opportunity” have been my favorite episodes. Whether you’re a fitness person or just have a personal growth mindset, this podcast is relevant, relatable, and inspirational—it’s a “must listen” for everyone.

I’ve known Mike a long time and what I always love about his programming is that he takes the time to try it on himself first. He runs through it all, he make sure he goes through all the ups and downs before he prescribes it out and it makes his programming better because of it.
