Do whatever diet, workout, or weight loss program you like, but if your overall approach is wrong, then you’re doomed.

After almost 25 years in the fitness and weight loss world, I’ve noticed patterns in how people go after their goals. 

Whether you realize it or not, you probably routinely take a very similar approach to what you’ve always done. It might be a different diet or different exercise program, but your mindset, your approach, the way you view the program, the way you go about taking action, how you prepare (or don’t prepare) … all of that comes together to create a certain overall approach. 

There are 3 primary approaches. Two of them will just stress you out and lead to burnout. The other one is the best way to lose weight.

The question is - which approach will you use in 2024?

Until you find the best path, you'll just keep repeating the same cycle over and over with very little weight loss results to show. Maybe it’s time to take an entirely new approach and make 2024 different!
