Wonderful podcast for jiu jitsu and life
I love this podcast. It's the perfect synthesis of jiu jitsu and personal development. I study with Shaolin in New York, so started with the wonderful BJJ Mental Coach episode 17. I had reason to write to Professor Gustavo, and then he also recommended I listen to episode 32 with Pedro Valente. What a fabulous discussion. Now I am hooked. I love the discussions with the guests, the gems like the book recommendations, the discussions of best habits, and much more. Thank you, Gustavo, I will keep learning from you.
