I’m happy I found this because your first guest has amazing feedback and wisdom. What she said resonated with me. Getting into the design world, it seems like I am against stacked odds, I’m still going to do it, I’m still going to work hard to be in this space, but it brought me to tears because I see it, and being afraid to outright say it because you don’t want people to see me as a negative Nancy, or I’m using excuses. It makes one wonder how there is such a SMALL percentage of black designers in design roles.
