    48. Placing Unnecessary Expectations on Yourself

    48. Placing Unnecessary Expectations on Yourself

In this episode, Sandy speaks about the placement of unnecessary, and at times unrealistic, standards on herself which can sometimes lead to backfiring on her. Through her new format of driving while speaking casually, she hopes to interact with the audience on a more personal level, having conversations that aren't as thought-through as she's able to speak her mind on the spot. This will be an experiment, but we're down for the journey.

    47. Some Self-Care on Valentine's Day

    47. Some Self-Care on Valentine's Day

In this episode, Sandy keeps it more laid back and talks about her plans for today, Valentine's Day. It's incredibly important to dedicate certain days to yourself, keeping your self-care a top priority. Valentine's Day gets all the hype for relationships, but you should definitely be placing your own wants and care first too. Sandy does just that and plans out what she's going to do on a very realistic Valentine's Day, one where she still has to work and doesn't have any special plans to do. If you're flying solo on Valentine's Day or looking for some inspiration on what to do on a self-care day, this episode is for you!

    44. Restyling Your Fitness and Healthy Habits is Normal

    44. Restyling Your Fitness and Healthy Habits is Normal

In this episode, Sandy talks about how modifying and adapting your life to stick with your health and fitness goals is often necessary. You will often need to modify a workout to fit your own needs and conditions, I did for a recent injury. You will often need to adapt when you fit in your workouts in the day to prioritize your own fitness goals or change the way you plan out your food or meal prep in order to stick to your healthy eating. Being able to adapt is crucial to keeping any good habits you develop.
