I’m a new subscriber but have been binging a ton of episodes for a few weeks now. The podcasts are fun, informative, and unique to each other. I enjoy the format and really appreciate how Big Chief gives context while offering distillers the platform to tell their own stories and represent themselves. Chief does a great job of showcasing his personality without overshadowing his guests (who have all been great, by the way). Honesty, authenticity, and sincere passion come through in each episode. Good, quality, informative content that whiskey consumers absolutely need. Keep up the great work, Big Chief.
