Acountability and vulnerability create empowered masculinity. Misogyny runs so deep from our personal and cultural programming. I was glad to hear Carlos acknowledge his own. We all need to acknowledge our own outdated beliefs to change. Carlos is seriously an amazing human being. He gives me hope.

We listened to Carlos as a guest speaker on somebody else’s podcast, and immediately found his and started listening. Within 2 days of starting, my husband and I were in a tough situation with friends and from across the room, my husband texted ‘I’m trying to human right now.’ Thank you Carlos for giving us useable information that we could implement immediately to make our interactions with others, better.
