Acountability and vulnerability create empowered masculinity. Misogyny runs so deep from our personal and cultural programming. I was glad to hear Carlos acknowledge his own. We all need to acknowledge our own outdated beliefs to change. Carlos is seriously an amazing human being. He gives me hope.

It’s easy to look around and get very concerned or anxious and in that time Carlos provides a needed voice. Listen learn and enjoy!
