Very Good But For . . .

I just started listening to this podcast (32 episodes in), and it is very good but for the inane (and poorly performed) banter that the hosts insert annoyingly into each episode (e.g. “his dark little expansionist . . .” “Rich!” “Sorry.”). It’s annoying, unnecessary, and only detracts from the otherwise pleasant and calm presentation of the narrative. I sure hope it stops soon, because it’s becoming more and more of a turn-off.
