Topics that NEED to be talked about!
I so appreciate this podcast and how it covers the “unspoken struggles” of those in ministry. So often we feel like we need to have everything together (or appear like we do), but in reality there are so many challenges and nuances specific to ministry leadership. In addition, I LOVE hearing the perspectives from other women, as much of the “ministry leadership” dialogue is still predominantly male-dominated. These conversations are so refreshing, helpful, encouraging, and comforting in letting you know you are not alone.
