A Must-Listen for All Bakers!

If you love baking and want to absorb as much knowledge as you can on the topic, listen to this podcast! The hosts are so fun to listen to and the guest line-up is star-studded. My only complaint is that it’s not weekly - like with sweet treats, I’m kind of insatiable! LISTEN!

Chocolate

First off, I love your podcasts and get so excited when I see a new episode is available.
Next, how does one have an episode about chocolate chip cookies and not talk about chocolate? I was so looking forward to hearing about bars vs chips or a combo, and every flavor from milk to bittersweet and everything in between. I think we need a part two. 😊

Not that useful

Mostly the show is Brian enthusing about how everyone is his GREAT FRIEND. Every sentence has several of the proverbial millennial “like” and “ya know.” He interviews people but doesn’t let them talk. I subscribe to BAKE magazine and love it, but Brian’s podcast is just annoying.
