Introvert or Extrovert 9/14/22

Each episode overflows with never before discussed information due to society’s attitude towards a woman’s monthly cycle. I learned why I flex between both types, especially as my season of life changes. Guidance on how to use the power of my cycle to balance these is invaluable. Definitely put on repeat!

Fix my cycle!

So excited to find this podcast because I’ve been trying to cycle sync my life, my diet, and my rhythms for years now. What I like about The Cycle Advantage approach is that it differs from the typical stuff I’ve found online and the stack of books I’ve read on the topic.

After listening to the first episode, I decided to binge listen! I’ve tracked my cycle for many years but didn’t have a good roadmap that worked when my cycle changed due to stress, illness or transitions.
