Honeypots and High Spirits on a Whimsical Wednesday!
Oh, bother! What a treat! It’s Tested Travel here, tumbling like a little black raincloud into the wonderfully whimsical world of “The Dark Ride by Drunk Distory.” Each Wednesday, Adriane and Ryan pour a bit of sunshine into our cups, spinning tales and trivia about the many corners of Disney World—all while sipping on their favorite adult versions of Pooh Bear’s hunny pots.
Whether they’re exploring the jungle-esque nooks of Animal Kingdom or sailing the spirited seas of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom, it’s always a grand expedition. And like a visit to Rabbit’s garden, you never quite know what you’ll pick up, be it a pumpkin or a little wisdom on the serious matters like the treatment of Disney guides.
Adriane, a friend as dear as Christopher Robin, and Ryan, well, I don’t know you outside the podcast but let’s just say as spirited as Tigger on his bounciest day, invite us all to giggle at the silliest overlays and offerings Disney has ever dreamed up.
Each episode is sweeter than a smackerel of honey and more comforting than being snug inside the hollow of the Big Oak Tree. So, for a dose of glee that’s as delightful as finding the north end of a southbound Woozle, tune in to their chatter. It’s more fun than a Heffalump’s birthday party—and you’re always invited!

This one grew on me
This podcast has really grown on me! I’m not particularly a Disney fan. Between Anaheim and Orlando, I’ve been about 6 times in my life. I’ve never stayed at any of the resort hotels. Also, I love big roller coasters that Disney just doesn’t do.
With that being said, I started listening to this podcast when I moved to Tampa a couple of years ago. The excitement that you two express for the mouse makes me really want to get a season pass and experience the things you all talk about. I know all of the most popular attractions but you two make me want to explore the parts I don’t know as much about.
