I’ve listened to this podcast for a while and I think it has great information, I love each of the guest, and I always leave with a new idea. Why I rated it so low is because the main host will not stop interrupting everyone. Every single episode he talks over ever one and repeatedly cuts them off. He seems desperate to tell everyone how much experience he has and how he’s visited a bunch a camps and knows so much about the industry. Every time a guest makes a point he then goes on 10min tangent with a personal story of how it also happened to him and how he solved the issue in a similar way. It’s exhausting listening to this man speak. I wish Sam was the host. She is very interesting to listen to and has great engaging conversation with the other people on the pod.

Somehow I grew up working in a day camp and made it all the way through two years of running my own day camp before realizing there is a whole network of camp professionals in this world. It’s something I never imagined could exist and has been such a support this year. I have found the discussions here very relevant to my business and it has helped me to feel less alone in this niche market! Thank you!!

As a camp professional, I always enjoy learning from others in the profession. However, this can be challenging as we can't see other camps in action since we have our hands pretty full in the summer.
