I have consistently returned to Evlo after trying out different programs throughout my health journey, particularly before and after my challenges with fibroid surgery and fertility. Listening to these episodes, I feel confident I’m getting science-based, fact checked advice on my health and fitness. I am so grateful for Dr. Shannon’s research and advice and love the flexible options of the Evlo workouts. Thank you!

I really enjoy this podcast. As someone with a science and healthcare background, I appreciate a podcast that shares information based on research. It’s nice to have such good information right at my fingertips without having to do the research myself. I’m also an EVLO member who is postpartum and I appreciate all the information for conceiving, pregnancy and postpartum. Such a great community for women.
Went in the wrong direction

I used to love this podcast and would listen to every episode. Unfortunately, I have decided to not follow the show anymore. It seems like when it changed from Fit Body Happy Joints to the Dr Shannon Show, it lost something. It became less science based, and while I know she was pregnant and is now a new mother, the almost constant focus on fertility lost me. The shows don’t seem to be as well researched as they used to be, and she sometimes just rambles on and doesn’t say anything relevant.

I spent years killing myself with my fitness routine but not seeing any results. Shannon has caused me to completely flip how I approach diet and exercise and I am confident that this time will be the time I actually get to my goal physique. I look forward to every episode and I am an evlo member.

As a busy mom that has struggled with hormone imbalance, I really appreciate these short and informative episodes! I became an Evlo member a few months ago and this has been the only program that I can stay consistent with and actually look forward to taking each day. Highly recommend listening in!

I’ve been doing Evlo fitness now for almost 3 years and I truly love that there is a lot of thought put into it to get quality workouts in 35 minutes. She doesn’t add fluff to the exercises. The deep breathing we do at the beginning has helped my body not dread the workouts as much. This podcast dives into the science behind it all and I really enjoy listening and learning from Dr. Shannon. Thank you!
