Perfect for entrepreneurs creating their own path

I’ve listened to all the episodes and have found value in each one. This podcast is perfect if you own your own business or want to start one, and are looking for tools and support to do it your own way. I especially like the blend of logic and accountability, with freedom and intuition. I’ve implemented Easeful Inbox and a new mindset around calendaring - amazing results!!

Actionable

This has easily become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to - I love how researched every topic is - there’s always a book, modality, study and/or lived experience informing each episode. Lauren has a great voice for podcasting, too - absolutely something I’ve grown to look forward to each week and take action on immediately. Thanks, Lauren!

Perfect combination of productivity, coach and spirituality.

Lauren,

I listen to the folding effect and the plot twist episodes so many times. Thank you for these short nuggets of wisdom that help me realize I am not alone struggling with overwhelm and frustration while building a successful business and projecting the ‘I have it all together’ persona.

I am working on implementing the score card and I absolutely adore your generosity. Thank you for sharing ALL of things about your business productivity journey from moving to menstrual cycles.

Thank you for being an example of what’s possible.
