Our next guest, Sharon Simon, had a very complicated childhood where she learned that she had to protect herself from the adults around her. She works hard to keep her disorder under control, and is a mental health advocate, stand up comedian, and a peer specialist and counselor dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder. She is an expert on this because she has struggled with this disorder herself. Come in and take a seat on the comedy couch and listen to Sharon talk about how she has taken her experience with mental illness, and learned how to mange her life in a healthier way.
