Quick, encouraging podcast! I’m here for it

K, I love a good podcast, but I don’t always have the time or attention span to devote to them. Enter: Good Body Podcast! I love that she has quick 5 minute episodes that are filled with gems of knowledge and encouragement! And then she has some longer ones sprinkled in that are equally fantastic! Also, can I just say Michelle’s voice should be on those meditating apps! I feel so relaxed listening to her!
