    #71 Masculine & Feminine Polarity

After some deep soul and spirit searching, Scarlett has come to the decision to relinquish the singular reins of her control of the podcast. Going forward, Chase will be stepping into a new role as host, and Scarlett’s involvement on the show will migrate to a lesser role for now. In wrapping up the end of an era, Scarlett first takes some time to explain the thought process behind her decision.
She starts by reflecting on her ever-evolving journey since the last time she was in the studio recording. To gain some context into the journey that brought Scarlett to her realization, Athena first shares the profile of polarity coach, Zak Roedde, whose ideas she found intriguing and impactful enough in her own life that she had to send them over to Scarlett. Scarlett’s curiosity led her to engage with Roedde’s posts and his provocative opinions. She shares that while she initially felt triggered by Roedde’s polarizing posts, they are what ultimately tipped off her own journey of self-reflection into masculine and feminine energy.
The group discusses the difference between feminine and masculine energies and how many women find themselves trapped in masculine energy and therefore out of touch with their feminine energy and needs. Athena and Scarlett discuss the caveats of how to best approach this view of feminine and masculine energy in a way that doesn’t foster compliance instead of trust. Scarlett shares how the energetic foundation she laid for herself helped her to eventually become receptive to Zak’s ideas.
She then turns the baton to Mr. Vegas to share his side of the experience and how he came to buy into the masculine and feminine ideology himself. Scarlett and Athena discuss their unique experiences learning how to shift from giving to receiving energy. Lolita even muses on how she has changed since being subjected to the group chatter–even though she isn’t sure she's fully on board with all of it just yet. The group recounts handling a recent encounter at a Dave Matthews Band concert and Scarlett unpacks how her struggles to lean into her feminine energy have impacted certain relationships in her life, such as her relationship with her father and with her soon-to-be ex-husband.
Rounding out the episode, Scarlett returns to how her decision to hand off the podcast comes from her wish to work on her feminine receiving energy and how she has used these techniques in handling her initial feelings of conflict with Chase during the process of handing over the reins. Ultimately, the group discusses their own findings and their hopes for what others can learn from examining their own energies as well.

    #70 OnlyFans & A Congressman’s Secret

    #70 OnlyFans & A Congressman’s Secret

Scarlett has found out about Selene and Joy’s OnlyFans and asks them to share some insights into the world of creating titillating content. The girls dish their expertise on the various ways to make money on OnlyFans and how they get the most bang for their buck on the platform, even without full nudity. The conversation turns to explore the stigmas surrounding OnlyFans and Joy shares her quest for nipple equality, for which the rest of the group whole-handedly approves.
Selene and Joy compare their most watched videos and the types of content their target audiences appreciate the most. This leads to a group discussion about the stress that comes with maintaining quality, targeted content on so many platforms. They chat about moderating comments for inappropriate content and vulgar messages and dig into some of the sex kinks they’ve encountered through the platform as well. Selene recounts a congressman that messaged her with an odd request and the group swaps stories of some generally cringey encounters, from setting off a sister’s dildo in bed to accidental dick pics in the family group chat.
The art of a good dick pic is always a topic rife with opinions, which leads the group to a discussion of their specific preferences for features they find the most sexually attractive. Caramello shares the details of the “okay to look and touch” policy that he shares with his wife and the exploration they mutually enjoy with each other's permission. The conversation shifts to sex clubs, what to expect when attending, and the rules and regulations that entail. Finally, the group laments society’s drably puritanical approach to nudity and advocates for more humor during sex.

    #69 The 10-Second Man

    #69 The 10-Second Man

In today’s episode, Scarlett gives Ryan the chance to ask a burning question. Naturally, he wants to know what size her tits are. The conversation unfurls from there, as Scarlett and Ryan discuss the challenges of having asymmetrical boobs, from finding a bra that fits to contemplating whether a boob job could be considered a business expense. Eventually, they get to Ryan’s real burning question: what goes through a person’s mind while asking or being asked out on a date?
Specifically, Ryan is interested in hearing Scarlett’s recollection of a recent failed encounter with a guy they’ve dubbed the 10-Second Man. This night was so bad that Scarlett has a hard time even remembering all of the dirty details. She recounts how the date itself went well, as he was able to successfully woo Scarlett back to his hotel room. But from there, things went south rather quickly. She describes the many faux pas this man committed during their hook-up, namely his lack of even an attempt to pleasure her. Ultimately, he zipped-up and peaced-out as soon as he finished. In ten seconds.
Scarlett tries to break down her theory of what was going through 10-Second Man’s mind during the encounter. She points out the irony in how his embarrassed response to pack up and go actually made the situation more awkward than if he had stayed and committed to pleasuring her after already finishing himself. Ryan and Scarlett agree that even an awkward attempt to reciprocate is much better during a hook-up than no attempt at all.
The conversation turns to Ryan and Scarlett’s numerous gas-station counter chats and the intimacy that comes from being a sounding board for someone’s post-date thoughts. Scarlett asks Ryan how his finger game is and scolds him on his flippant response, as answering “No complaints” is often just code for “I’m not listening!” She grills him on his evidence of success and he assures her that his proof is not just based on the sounds he can get a girl to make. They discuss his preferences for giving head, what constitutes a good-tasting pussy, and the difficulties of getting a girl to orgasm just through oral. Ryan flips the script back on Scarlett and gets her to divulge the details about her own head game. Finally, they end the conversation by discussing the mental and emotional aspects of sex and the impact this can have on a person’s sexual performance in the bedroom.

    Bonus #6 An Orgasmic Experience

    Bonus #6 An Orgasmic Experience

Recently, Mayko and Scarlett experienced a three-hour-long breathing exercise event. Today, they are unpacking the experience. Scarlett originally heard about this event through Instagram and remembers seeing posts from recent workshops featuring people experiencing intense emotional release during the exercises. Scarlet was intrigued by the event’s claim of providing “hours of therapy in one night” and decided to enlist Mayko into checking it out with her. Be forewarned–this episode deals with some spiritually heavy stuff!
Scarlett and Mayko both had different experiences of the event. Scarlett describes it as orgasmic and euphoric while Mayko felt it was less transcendental, but still enlightening. She describes it as less of a physical experience and more of an emotional one, as she re-discovered herself and unleashed repressed emotions during the exercises.
The girls begin by recounting the stormy night that brought the 250 participants to a hotel meeting room, yoga mats and water bottles in tow. Scarlett recalls the host’s explanation that what they were about to experience would be much more akin to an exorcism than a yoga class. The girls initially felt like these warnings were a way of prepping the room for a worst-case scenario, but it became clear they were more foretelling than the girls initially thought.
Scarlett and Mayko also discuss in depth the physiological responses their bodies had to the exercises, namely the lobster-claw sensation in their hands and the internal vibrations. Mayko explains how the process activates both the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous systems, resulting in sensations similar to a panic attack without the feeling of panic. She dives into how these sensations helped her to tap into and unleash unresolved feelings of anger she didn’t even know were there.
Scarlett also takes the time to recount the paranormal and spiritual experiences she had shortly after her first husband’s death and her experience during her spiritual baptism. This provides some context for the euphoric realizations that she goes on to describe during the breathing exercises. This propels the conversation into a deeper realm where Scarlet ponders the connection between shifting frequencies and the communal love and relief the participants experienced. Scarlett shares her speculative feelings toward her spirituality and how she has come to believe that a higher power can take on many forms to find its way to those who believe.
After some deep soul and spirit searching, Scarlett has come to the decision to relinquish the singular reins of her control of the podcast. Going forward, Chase will be stepping into a new role as host, and Scarlett’s involvement on the show will migrate to a lesser role for now. #68 Trans-parent Conversations

    #68 Trans-parent Conversations

Caramelo's daughter Selene joins the podcast to dish about her experience as a trans woman. Selene starts with an inside scoop about herself and her experience coming out as trans. Caramelo weighs in from his perspective as one of her strongest supporters throughout the journey. The pair discuss how Caramelo initially suspected Selene was gay from the mannerisms she displayed at an early age. They recollect the moment she came out to Caramelo and how she was so nervous that she texted her father from across the room about her newfound crush on a boy from school. Selene tells Scarlett about the pressure she felt in her early childhood to conform to the more traditional values of the Catholic school community that she attended. Luckily, she went on to attend a performing arts school in Dallas for her high school years, where she thrived. There, she was able to experiment more freely with how she dressed and presented herself and eventually, by age seventeen, expressed her wish to transition to her parents.
While Selene’s father was always supportive, her experience with her mother was more tumultuous. Selene discusses the challenges of coming out to her mom, who was much less supportive and understanding of her choices. The group discusses how challenging growing up in a religious community can be for those who do not fit into the norms prescribed by the church. Ironically, Selene shares that her mother went on to come out as a lesbian years later and is now married to a woman herself. Selene shares the frustration she felt when she learned her mom had been hiding this information from her, being someone that dealt with a similar ordeal. However, ultimately she feels that her mother’s coming out helped to improve their relationship, as her mom learned to come to terms with herself and found inspiration in the way that her daughter navigated her own journey. Selene goes on to elaborate on how being biracial has impacted her life and discusses how both sides of her family, Caramelo’s Latino side and her mother’s African-American side, dealt with her transition journey.
Scarlett then takes the opportunity to ask a few questions about the transitioning experience. The group talks about the process of constructive genital surgery and the various options offered. Selene shares the knowledge she’s gained from looking into the vaginal constructive process for herself and they discuss the process and risk factors involved, as well as the risks that Selene faces daily just for being trans. Finally, the group rounds out the conversation by discussing Selene’s preferred methods of sex and how it all works for her down there now.

    #67 Mayko’s First Date

    #67 Mayko’s First Date

Scarlett begins the episode today with an introduction to a new guest, Caramello, and his story of being the parent of a trans child. Caramello helped his daughter throughout her transition immensely, beginning when she first came to him in her junior year of high school to confide that she identified more as a female than as a male. Immediately supportive, Caramello recounts being heartbroken and surprised when his daughter’s doctor told him that he had never before had a father come in with their transitioning child as support throughout the process.
Caramello’s story of parental encouragement leads into a discussion about how rare open and communicative parent-child dynamics are regarding topics such as sex and intimacy. Caramello and Scarlett weigh the benefits and consequences of being open and honest about sexual topics with their young adult-aged children and how Caramello has cultivated healthy communication with his daughter. The rest of the group chime in on their own family dynamics and their households’ approach to these sorts of topics.
Scarlett revisits her decision to bring Mayko on the show to discuss such intimate affairs. However, Mayko acknowledges that being on the podcast has helped her to tackle some of her social anxieties and admits she has been very excited to tell the story of her first date. Mayko explains that while she has a boyfriend that lives in Kuwait, they have agreed to an open relationship. So, recently she went on her first-ever date with someone that she met on OKCupid. Mayko dishes on how they first started seeing each other virtually before meeting up at a local outlet mall…which quickly turned into a surprisingly romantic hook-up and make-out session at a nearby park.
Mayko’s talk about her first kiss leads the girls to compare what turns them on and what they wish men would be more into. Mayko explains her type, typically preferring people that are neurodivergent and queer, as she is autistic herself. The group clarifies what it means to be neurodivergent and why Mayko prefers people that are on a similar wavelength. She reflects on how different of an experience this first date was from what was anticipating. She had gone in expecting it to be mostly sex-driven but found that her chemistry with this person was also rather affectionate and romantic as well, and she really enjoyed her time with them.
Rounding out the episode, Willow brings up her brother’s transition at 56 years old and how she is still coming to terms with shifting her perspective from having a sister for so many years to now having a brother. She asks for Caramello’s advice, as someone who has also been on a similar end experiencing his daughter’s transition. Ultimately, the group agrees that making sure the person they love is happy with their choice and able to live a more authentic life is always the most important factor.

Open minded women and honesty

I love how open minded and honest these three amazing and beautiful ladies and their beautiful minds have so much information to share with the public. This is definitely necessary for myself and other men to have a better idea of what goes on inside of a woman’s mind and her point of view. I really appreciate you ladies and please keep up the great work.

So annoying.

I’ve tried listening to this show and I just can’t get into it.

Imagine you’re in a restaurant, and the table next to you is a group of drunk friends having a loud conversation about their sex lives and acting like every single joke they tell is the funnest thing they’ve ever heard. Obnoxious, right? This show is that experience in podcast form. Scarlett laughs more than Jimmy Fallon sucking nitrous oxide.

Also, so much behind-the-scenes drama. Who cares about that stuff?

Slushpuppy2323 ,

OMG I’M IN LOVE

Love this podcast and the ladies on it! We’re all thinking it, they just have the balls to say! Keep going girls :D
