    Gabby Bernstein’s self-care practice ‘Rage on a Page’ | Bitesize #85

    Gabby Bernstein’s self-care practice ‘Rage on a Page’ | Bitesize #85

These bitesize episodes focus on the greatest lessons we’ve learnt from the guests we've had on the podcast.
This week we jump back to episode 107 with bestselling author, motivational speaker, podcast host and self-proclaimed “spirit junkie” Gabby Bernstein. Gabby shared with us her process of overcoming trauma. One effective exercise she described was ‘Rage on a Page’, based in the teachings of Dr John Sarno who wrote a lot about how our physical conditions are psychosomatic.
Gabby’s ‘Rage on the Page’ practice sees you play bilateral music, which stimulates both sides of your brain, turn off all distractions and write out everything on your mind, dumping your sub-conscious fears.
Listen or watch the full interview with Gabby: http://bit.ly/3AK0xyp
Listen to the end for an exclusive clip with next week's guest!

Damian on the importance of actively looking for feedback | HP Plus

Damian on the importance of actively looking for feedback | HP Plus

One of the consistent characteristics of high performers is the ability to constantly look for feedback to be aware of your strengths and your weaknesses. It’s not always easy to hear feedback but you should be able to learn something from it. Some key considerations Damian will cover include:

    - Who do you get feedback from and the questions you should ask.
    - How well you listen and the stages of reaction

Seek out feedback and let you know how you get on! Email us at plus@highperformancegroup.co.uk.

High Performance Podcast, mind set is key to the journey.

I came across the podcast purely by chance and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve totally enjoyed listening to entrepreneurs, Athletes, Actors and everyday people tell their stories on how high performance is key to their drive, ambition and self development.
I’ve loved every episode and have started learning more about myself than I have over the last 63 years of my life.

You have to share this with your friends and family it’s a life changing podcast.

Hands Down One of my Top Podcasts

I love this podcast. It’s introduced me to tons of athletes, business professionals and more people I’ve never heard of. And I’ve taken away more lessons than I can count to apply to my own life. I’d recommend a listen to anyone who wants to take a step forward and grow in any area of their life.
