    Reflection and Intention: Jess Markoya

In this week's episode, Jess (founder and co-owner of the beloved family-owned brand Neuflora) and I gather together to discuss the ways in which reflection, gratitude, and intention play into our roles as homemakers, both for heart and home.

We discuss the symbolism of her shoppe's mission and how it beautifully ties in with the need for intentionality both in heart and action, as we tend to the matters of making a house a home.

From creating joyful hearts through the practice of gratitude, being mindful of what we bring into our homes, to taking moments to ready ourselves each morning for beauty and productivity as we prepare for our day's work... it is our hope that by the end of the episode, you'll feel encouraged to pause and let gratitude and awareness lead the way as we make home this holiday season.
