In no world is it effective to work out 80 days in a row without recovery. You are 100 percent not working out properly and wont see results without injury. So far off the mark about fitness. Active recovery is a thing but in 80 days of acutally effective workouts you would need complete rest days. I adore listening to these lovely and talented people, it’s like sitting around and chatting with artsy friends (which I don’t have in real life). I hope they make more podcasts, although I know they’re all very busy! It really is great advertising for DesignCuts as well, I’m glad I found this and I may have to just binge listen to all the episodes since it’s been a while since I heard them.

I stumbled across this podcast last year and have listened to every episode. I love the combination of personalities and how much I can relate to them being a graphic designer of 15 years. Not only that, they crack me up so much! I find myself chuckling along at their funny remarks every show. I’ve learned a lot from them and also have been introduced to some really amazing artists as well. Also, as a designer who works from home in a cabin in the woods, it can be very isolating. This podcast takes the sting of being alone away. I wish I had a crew of friends like these in my small town to chat over our creative endeavors together. I love listening and hope there are more seasons in the future as you four really brighten my day! Thanks a bunch!
