Episode 278 - CO-HOST - Desiree Petrich - Host of the Lead With Confidence Podcast, The Audience of One

Here’s the short version for any crazy busy people!

Hi! I’m Desiree Petrich. I am an author, speaker, corporate coach and trainer, and the host of the Lead With Confidence Podcast. I founded my company Intentional Action in 2022 after losing my mom unexpectedly just two months after bringing my son home from the NICU.

I began my leadership journey as the manager of a dementia facility. After helping to lead the company through the pandemic, I shifted out of healthcare and became the events coordinator for the local Chamber of Commerce. This experience caused me to fall in love with all things business, community, teamwork, networking, and growth.

My company, Intentional Action focuses on helping high achievers become great leaders. Through intentional leadership and high-performance coaching, workshop development, keynote speaking and unique teambuilding activities, I have been able to share my love of personal and professional development with others.

    Lead With Confidence Podcast

Welcome to ’Lead with Confidence,’ the best place to become intentional about choosing the life you lead.Leading with confidence looks like belief. It manifests as a belief in yourself that no matter the situation you find yourself in, you have the tools, the mindset, and the knowledge to overcome any obstacle.

My goal is to uncover the stories and lessons of those who lead by example, to learn what their formula is for success, because guess what… The formula is different for everyone!

So take what you want and leave what you don’t. we’re here to learn and grow together.

I’m Desiree Petrich, a best selling author, keynote speaker, team develompent facilitator, and the best friend you didn’t know you needed! Thank you for being here, make sure you hit “follow” so I can join you in your journey to learn what it means to lead with confidence.

How To Get Your Podcast Back On Track - Engage Your Audience - Daily Dave Briefing - Podcast Tips

Get your podcast back on track by engaging your audience!

Communicate with Your Audience: If you need to take a break, inform your listeners about it. Consider releasing a short episode explaining your situation and when they can expect new content. This maintains transparency and keeps your audience engaged.

Use Filler Content Wisely: If you need to pause new episodes, consider releasing older episodes or short conversation pieces to keep your feed active. However, ensure that this content is valuable to your audience to avoid disengagement
