Wonderfully honest and intelligent podcast

This is an essential podcast about eating disorders. The discussions are thoughtful, insightful, and extremely honest. Lisa and Diana are smart and deeply humane hosts with a sense of humor. They don’t mince words or talk about ED while walking on egg shells. They speak from experience and are unapologetically frank. It’s a must listen for people interested in the roots, damages, and raw experience of eating disorders.

Hunger Trap Review

We all need to listen to this great podcast!

I have been following these two lovely ladies for a short while now and related to their stories and subject matters instantly. I love their ability to balance the subject from their two POV , which ultimately are quite similar. They bring up the topics in which some of us deem taboo (or society tries to convince us of that) . The guests are a great balance and overall it is just so relatable and a HEALTHY discussion we should all be having!
